Who am I?
Hello, my name is Alexandra.
Many years ago, when I chose vegetarianism for my diet, my kitchen began an incredible journey that has never stopped since.
A journey through the culinary traditions of many countries that for a long time were vegetarian out of necessity, but have now become benchmarks for plant-based proteins.
A journey through the condiments, spices and aromatic herbs that reinforce the identity of a dish.
A journey through the flavors of fermentation, sprouting and gentle steaming. A journey through surprising combinations of textures.
I came from a background in the applied arts, where I taught for ten years, and then worked for the Justice Department for twelve years. I then trained in naturopathy and kundalini yoga, which has become my daily wellness practice.
I’ve been cooking for my family for many years, and now I’ve decided to share this passion by bringing my cuisine to you as a private chef.
Attentive to the needs and desires of each individual, I propose personalized menus whose intention is always joy, discovery and gustatory pleasure.

Alexandra was our in-home chef for 2 weeks in September, and she was just… INCREDIBLE! I could talk about her lemon cheesecake or her legendary banoffee, but what I’ll always remember are those human and generous qualities that make her the person I’d always want to have by my side to move forward with confidence. I called on Vertes Pépites to create the cocktail reception for my thesis defense in December 2023 (around thirty guests). Alexandra listened carefully to my requirements and delivered a top-quality plant-based service in terms of both aesthetics and flavors. In such an institutional setting, we were able to take full advantage of the unique and creative touch of this chef, who enabled us to spend a unique moment.
What a pleasure it was to have Alexandra with us for these few weeks. She was able to listen to our tastes, adapt to our schedules, while helping us discover new flavors and above all another way of taking care of ourselves and nature. The children were a little skeptical on some days, but she was also able to adapt to them and help them discover dishes they would never have tried elsewhere.
