Who am I?
Hello, my name is Alexandra.
Many years ago, when I chose vegetarianism for my diet,
my kitchen began an incredible journey that has never stopped since.
A journey through the culinary traditions of many countries that have long remained vegetarian
out of necessity, but have now become benchmarks for plant-based proteins. A journey through the condiments, spices and aromatic herbs that enhance a dish’s identity. A journey through the flavors of fermentation, sprouting and gentle steaming. A journey through surprising combinations of textures.
I came from a background in the applied arts, where I taught for ten years, and then worked for the Justice Department for twelve years. I then trained in naturopathy and kundalini yoga, which has become my daily wellness practice.
I’ve been cooking for my family for many years, and now I’ve decided to share this passion by bringing my cuisine to you as a private chef.
Attentive to the needs and desires of each individual, I propose personalized menus whose intention is always joy, discovery and gustatory pleasure.
